Pat Pezzello 
Founder & Custom Builder

From the time Pat was 17 years of age, he found his calling—a passion for building. His first step was to join as an apprentice to his brother in law to build his strong foundation in carpentry and blueprint skills. Next, using his unique combination of business and technical craft skills, he started his own general contracting company in 1985, building single-family homes in Middlesex County NJ. In the last few years, Pat formed PJM Developers LLC with a talented partner to showcase his unique and diverse combination of talents; client relationships, construction knowledge, and design coordination. Here, he continues to build Pezzello’s reputation for distinguished custom craftsmanship and the highest level of personalized client service. His two sons Pat Jr. and Nicholas have grown to manage the company and Pat couldn't be prouder to have his family directly involved in the company he built from scratch. His youngest son Jared is one of the leading salesmen for another construction material provider. We are a strong-knit family that values love, loyalty, hard work, and quality craftsmanship. We guarantee the skill set and personalities needed to ensure your job runs smoothly from start to finish!
